Terms and refunds

1. Who we are
The Resell Kit is run by Vinted Resells Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16344052. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom, and our VAT number is GB516424310. Email us at support@theresellkit.com.
2. What you get
The Resell Kit costs £5 and includes:
- supplier lists, with the suppliers’ contact and ordering details;
- the Full Reselling Guide (41 pages) and the Photo Guide (23 pages), as PDFs;
- access to our beginner reselling course on Skool;
- one 1-on-1 call with a member of our team, booked online after you pay;
- the $1,000 guarantee in section 6.
The kit is for your own use. Please don’t share, copy or resell the supplier lists or guides.
3. Price and payment
The price is £5, paid once. There is no subscription. Payments are processed by Whop. Any sales tax or VAT that applies is shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Getting your kit
Straight after you pay, you’re taken to a page to book your call, and your kit is sent to the email address you used at checkout. If it hasn’t arrived within 24 hours, email us and we’ll resend it.
5. Your right to cancel
The kit is digital. At checkout you ask us to give it to you straight away and confirm you understand that this ends your 14 day right to cancel once the kit is delivered. This doesn’t affect the $1,000 guarantee, or your rights if the kit is faulty or never arrives. If it never arrives, or a link doesn’t work, we fix it within 24 hours, and if we can’t, we refund you in full.
6. The $1,000 guarantee
If you follow the kit and your sales are under $1,000 in the 90 days after you buy it, we refund your £5 in full.
- What counts as sales: the total your buyers paid for items you listed for resale after buying the kit, in any currency, converted to US dollars on the day of each sale.
- Following the kit: you need to put the plan into practice: order stock, list it and keep listing.
- How to claim: when your 90 days are up, email support@theresellkit.com within 14 days with your order number and links to your listings or your seller profile.
- Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of us confirming your claim. One claim per person.
7. The 1-on-1 call
Your call is with a member of our team, not a group call or a recording. You book it through the link after you pay, and you can book one call per kit. On the call we look at your situation and tell you what to do first. If you want to go further, we can also tell you about our paid mentorship. You never have to buy anything else.
8. Results
Results vary and depend on the work you put in, your budget and the market. Nothing we say is a promise of income. Examples of prices and profits are examples, not what you will make. Reviews we quote are from real buyers of the supplier lists in the kit.
9. Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for giving you the kit as described. We’re not responsible for suppliers, marketplaces or buyers you deal with, or for losses from your own reselling, except where the law says we can’t limit our responsibility. Our total responsibility for the kit is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you.
