1. Who we are
The Resell Kit is run by Vinted Resells Ltd (company number 16344052, 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom). We decide how your personal data is used. Email support@theresellkit.com with any privacy question.
2. What we collect
- Your details: your name, email, phone number and country, which you enter in step 1 of the checkout.
- Your order: what you bought, when, and whether the payment went through. Whop handles your card or wallet. We never see your full card number.
- Your call: the booking details you give when you book your 1-on-1 call, and notes from the call.
- Guarantee claims: links to your listings or seller profile and anything else you send us.
- How you found us: the ad or link you came from and basic device information.
3. How we use it
- To give you the kit and your call, and to email, text or call you about them. Legal basis: our contract with you.
- To call or message you if you entered your details but didn’t finish paying, because you asked us to contact you about the kit when you ticked the box. Legal basis: your consent.
- To handle refunds, guarantee claims, disputes and fraud checks. Legal basis: our contract with you and our legitimate interests.
- To keep the tax and accounting records the law requires. Legal basis: legal obligation.
- To send you offers by email or text, only if you’ve agreed or you’re a customer and haven’t opted out. You can opt out at any time.
4. Who we share it with
Only the services we need to run The Resell Kit: Netlify (hosting and storing your details), Whop (payments), Calendly (call bookings), Skool (the course), our email and messaging tools, our team members who make the calls, and TikTok (to measure which ads work, see Cookies below). We also share data with professional advisers and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it. We never sell your data.
5. Cookies
We use the TikTok pixel. It tells us which ads bring people to the page and who buys, so we can show ads to the right people. If you visit from the UK, the EU, the EEA or Switzerland, it only loads after you tap Accept on the cookie bar, and if you tap Reject it never loads. If you visit from anywhere else, it loads when the page opens and you can switch it off at any time by tapping Opt out on the cookie bar. To change your choice later, clear this site’s data in your browser.
6. International transfers
Some of these services are based outside the UK, including in the United States. When your data goes abroad, it’s protected by UK-approved safeguards, such as the UK-US data bridge or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.
7. How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for 6 years for tax reasons. Details from people who didn’t buy are kept for up to 12 months. Marketing preferences are kept until you opt out.
8. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Email support@theresellkit.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
